Simply attach the slide hook to the end of your boat hook with the supplied clamp and the Grab n' Go is easily connected and ready for use.

When it's time to go, use your boat hook to grab the pull loop and disengage the Grab 'n Go.

Painted parts are effective for a while, but paint production is usually nasty, and as it chips and goes over the side, paint carries its own poisons along.
