Product Features: Quickly and cleanly sets plain rim washers and grommets. Die sizes 00 through 5 are CNC machined from High Grade Tool Steel, while sizes 6 & Up are a Malleable Iron Casting. Properly machined and hardened. The finest industrial grommet die made. For best results use only Osborne grommets and washers G1, B1, N1 & SS1 with corresponding sizes. Osborne grommet inserting dies and grommet hole cutters are numbered to correspond with standard size grommets. Each die is guaranteed to set the proper size and style of C.S. Osborne grommets. Grommet dies and cutters should be used with an Osborne rawhide hammer or wooden mallet, not with a steel hammer. We recommend the C.S. Osborne & Co. No. 395 rawhide hammers for this purpose.
